Founded in Berlin in 2022 by Julia Winkels and Nina Bröer, who couldn't find a decent cup of matcha in Germany and went to Japan to solve it. Organic ceremonial grade, sourced directly from selected farmers, and now poured in their own Berlin cafés and more than 180 partner cafés across Europe.
