Where We Ship

At launch, well ships within Switzerland only. We plan to expand shipping to other European countries as we grow — check back or follow @wellthestore for updates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our hands.

Shipping Cost & Carrier

All orders ship via DHL for a flat rate of CHF 8.50, calculated at checkout regardless of order size.

Estimated Delivery Time

3-5 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact our customer support team at contact@wellthestore.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with DHL on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address; reshipping costs for address errors may apply.
