Táche

Founded by Roxana Saidi with her father Morteza, Táche is pistachio milk done properly — an idea that began in a New York apartment kitchen after a family lunch in Paris. Pistachios need a fraction of the water almonds do, and for Roxana, a first-generation Iranian-American, they carry rather more meaning too.
