Matchasome Organic Ceremonial Matcha comes from the Chiran region of Kagoshima, Japan's largest green tea–growing area. The unique combination of nutrient-rich volcanic soil, a mild, misty climate, rolling hills, and forward-thinking producers makes Chiran one of Japan's premier terroirs for organic green tea.

After countless tastings and sending multiple matcha samples to labs in Germany for analyses of nutritional, chemical, aluminium, and residue levels, Matchasome hand-picked the very best, high-end organic matcha from the top tea regions in Japan in Chiran, Kagoshima.

Packed with healthy levels of amino acids (L-theanine), antioxidants (EGCG), vitamins, and minerals, it comes in a beautiful vibrant green color that extends to its taste.

Matcha Shot
Sift 1 tsp (2–2.5 g) of matcha powder into a bowl. Add 30–40 ml of hot water (70°C / 160°F) and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Matcha Latte
Top the matcha shot with 200–300 ml of your favorite milk. Enjoy hot or over ice. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
