Creatine without the shaker. Sunny Within puts a full 5 g of creatine monohydrate into a 30 ml gel pouch, wrapped in a waterless liposomal base of organic almond butter, sunflower lecithin and avocado oil, with PQQ, vitamin E and organic MCT oil alongside. Tear, squeeze, done: no powder, no mixing, no loading phase.

Why we chose it: creatine is one of the few supplements with a permitted, well-documented claim behind it, and most people who would benefit never take it because the powder is a chore. This one tastes of yuzu and lychee and travels in a handbag. Same house as the Immunity pouches we already stock.
